Our parent companies, Mitsui Chemicals, Inc. and SKC Co., Korea is determined to dissolve the partnership and run its own operation in line with each specific strategy.
Kindly update your records accordingly and please address all future business correspondence to our new Company name. We will send the supporting document in the early of January 2022.
Also, kindly be noted that all invoices start from 4th January 2022 should be issued using the new Company name.
Other than the Company name, all other details of the Company as well as existing contracts and agreements remain unchanged. We will send updated contracts later.
